Overview

Qualifications

  • Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft Windows Server, AS400 Client Access; Microsoft Office, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Outlook & PC hardware configuration skills.
  • Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards
  • Minimum of one (10) years of Information Systems experience or college level course work.
  • Technical certifications a plus

Responsibilities

- Staff scheduling. - Project organization and implementation. - Testing and procuring equipment. - Manage ticketing system. - Escalate issues to level 2 and level 3 teams. - Creates documentation for procedures and knowledge base items. - Monitors health for all environments pertaining to the property. - Assists with creation and maintenance of Internal Controls. - Works closely with Infrastructure and Application Support teams.
