HRIS Professional
The HRIS Professional will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which will primarily include the system administration and maintenance of Workday and ADP GlobalView. This will include, but is not limited to the maintenance, testing and auditing of system configuration changes, as well as troubleshooting and helping to manage updates to various integrations between GlobalView and external benefit vendors.
HRIS Project & Process Management
Collaborate with HR, SIG/payroll, and external business colleagues and suggest areas for improvement
Gather and document business requirement
Perform testing activities; document test scenarios, create test scripts for configuration and process changes
Perform data validation activities
Resolve issues and defects
Provide assistance and support on HRIS projects as they relate to organizing and tracking the rollout and completion of various initiatives
HRIS System Maintenance & Controls
Help manage organizational and title structure in Workday and GloblalView (i.e. departments, job profiles, supervisory organizations, custom organizations, cost centers, etc.)
Perform mass data loads in Workday (EIBs)
Develop and document internal HRIS SOPs
Support internal/external integrations with ADP GlobalView, including design, testing and troubleshooting
Conduct audits to ensure data integrity (i.e. supervisory orgs, cost centers, etc.)
Qualifications:
1-3 years HRIS experience
Workday experience is highly preferred
Experience in the financial services industry highly preferred
Experience working in a global organization a plus
Strong understanding of HR, payroll and finance processes and procedures (i.e. recruiting, benefits, payroll, performance management, time tracking, etc.)
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, resolve issues, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents
Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel – must be comfortable with v-lookups and pivot tables
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems
Bachelor’s degree required

Expected annual base salary range:
$1 - $10Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
