The Installation Supervisor oversees day-to-day field execution of mechanical and electrical installation works. This role ensures tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client and industry standards. Acting as the primary on-site leader for installation technicians, the Installation Supervisor coordinates resources, manages work fronts, and provides hands-on technical support during critical installation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead mechanical and electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate daily work plans, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for installation teams, logistics, QA/QC, and client representatives.
• Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure readiness for QA/QC and commissioning handover.
• Promote continuous improvement and mentor technicians on best practices.
• Enforce safe working practices and lead toolbox talks and hazard identification sessions.
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

• QQI Level 6 Advanced Trade Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• SCC certification and relevant safety training required.
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
