You will play a pivotal role in maintaining these values and contributing to the company’s mission of redefining healthcare delivery through superior pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines (e.g., rotary tablet press) according to SOPs and batch records
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.) •
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate as needed •
- Document production activity, inspections, and deviations accurately •
- Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures •
- Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentation
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goals
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training a plus
• 1+ year experience operating tablet press machinery preferred
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preferably State of Florida License
