Make a Lasting Impact in Dementia-Focused Senior Care
Join Brigade Health – Where Compassion and Clinical Excellence Meet

Are you seeking a meaningful role where you can step away from the traditional clinic model and focus on personalized, senior-centered care? At Brigade Health, we are redefining dementia care by delivering high-quality, relationship-driven services directly to seniors where they live and thrive.

We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Geriatrician (MD/DO) with a passion for improving cognitive and behavioral health outcomes for aging adults. In this field-based role, you’ll support dementia care navigation through a combination of in-person visits (clinic, home, and senior living communities) and telehealth, while also playing a key role in shaping the program’s clinical development.

Why Brigade Health?

At Brigade, we deliver dementia-focused medical care through a hybrid care model, helping patients and families navigate all stages of cognitive decline. As part of our clinical leadership team, you will benefit from:

  • Specialized Dementia-Focused Practice – Deliver memory care that prioritizes quality of life, family support, and dignity at every stage.
  • Flexible Care Settings – Begin within a clinic and/or home-based model, with opportunities to expand into senior living and memory care communities.
  • Cognitive Care Leadership – Partner with affiliated groups on annual cognitive screenings, early intervention, and ongoing dementia management.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Competitive salary range from $200,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience and scope.
  • Sign-On Bonus – Available for full-time providers.
  • Balanced Schedule – Blend of in-person and virtual care with autonomy to shape your workflow.
  • Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, mileage reimbursement, and CME support.

What You’ll Do:

As a Geriatrician with Brigade Health, you will:

  • Conduct annual cognitive assessments and comprehensive geriatric evaluations
  • Deliver dementia-focused care across clinic, home, and telehealth settings
  • Manage chronic comorbidities and behavioral health symptoms associated with cognitive decline
  • Lead post-discharge follow-ups to reduce hospital readmissions and support transitions of care
  • Educate families and facilitate advanced care planning with compassion and clarity
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to build and refine dementia care protocols and workflows

You Are:

  • A licensed MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry (Geriatric subspecialty preferred)
  • Experienced in or passionate about dementia care, geriatrics, behavioral health, or complex chronic care
  • Skilled in providing care across multiple settings with strong communication and diagnostic abilities
  • Mission-driven and eager to contribute to program innovation and senior care transformation

This is more than a clinical role—it’s a calling.
