Integrations Manager 

Location: Southern California (Preferred) or Major U.S. City
Travel: Occasional travel to HQ and partner sites

About Us:
Brigade Health is growing! We’re looking for a Manager of Integrations to lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment across operations, culture, and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead cross-functional integration projects from planning through post-close.

• Coordinate teams across HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, Operations, and more.

• Serve as the main point of contact for integration activities and executive updates.

• Drive Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, and continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in M&A integration, project management, or strategic operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in healthcare and EMR systems a plus.

• Organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
