About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager / Comfort Advisor to join our team. This is an outside sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, recommend replacement systems, and guide them through their purchase decisions. You’ll also oversee projects from the sales stage through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth handoffs between teams.

This role is ideal for someone with in-home sales experience who enjoys consultative selling, building trust with customers, and seeing projects through to completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC needs and recommend the right solutions
  • Present system replacement options, upgrades, and indoor air quality products
  • Build strong customer relationships by clearly explaining recommendations
  • Prepare and present project proposals, pricing, and financing options
  • Coordinate with installation teams and project managers for seamless execution
  • Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction
  • Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or HVAC sales experience
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing projects from sale to installation a plus
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and job management tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • HVAC industry knowledge
