🐾 Your Role on the Team:

As a CVT or Veterinary Assistant, you’ll be hands-on in every area of the hospital. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting veterinarians during exams and surgical procedures
  • Performing patient treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and surgical prep
  • Taking accurate medical histories and vital signs
  • Placing IV catheters, drawing blood, and running lab work
  • Providing gentle, compassionate restraint and patient handling
  • Client education and communication
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
  • Supporting your teammates wherever needed – we’re all in this together!
