About the Role: As a Maintenance Support Specialist at Central Moloney, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our maintenance team—coordinating schedules, tracking parts, managing work orders, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role blends communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail to support efficient operations, minimize downtime, and keep our facilities performing at their best. If you’re proactive, organized, and love being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is the role for you.

Lifting: Able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
Environment: Office-based work with occasional exposure to industrial environments, including loud noise and temperature variations.

Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, and focus adjustment).
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and utilize PPE as required.
