Sales & Customer Service Administrator
Full-Time | Office-Based | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Coventry, CV4
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, friendly office team within a growing home improvement business. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines sales support, customer service, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to the Field Sales Team
- Prepare and send customer quotations, following up to secure orders
- Answer incoming calls and manage messages from the call centre
- Welcome visitors and showcase products in the showroom
- Book appointments for surveys and repairs
- Schedule installations for private clients, developers, and housing associations
- Prepare fitter packs for installation teams
- Monitor job progress and ensure prompt payment collection
- Reconcile customer payments using Xero
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, offering product information and demonstrations
About You
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
- Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role preferred
