Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As the Therapist Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of licensed clinicians providing behavioral health services to clients in Tempe, Arizona. You’ll ensure clinical quality, supervise documentation, and create a collaborative environment for continued professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate therapists and interns.
• Conduct case reviews and monitor documentation for accuracy.
• Develop staff through mentorship and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet performance and compliance goals.
• Support program improvements and client satisfaction efforts.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
