Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Glendale, Arizona
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Therapist Supervisor to oversee therapists providing direct client care in a behavioral health setting. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining clinical excellence through structured supervision, documentation review, and staff support.

Responsibilities:

• Offer individual and group supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Review case files and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide feedback and support for therapist development.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and state regulations.
• Support clinical onboarding and training initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
