Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Newark, New Jersey
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Therapist Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight to a dedicated team of mental health professionals. In this role, you’ll help shape high-quality therapeutic care by ensuring effective supervision, strong communication, and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to therapists and associate clinicians.
• Review treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Support team members through regular one-on-one meetings and case consultations.
• Collaborate with leadership on program development and performance goals.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practice.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
