Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Buffalo, New York
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join our behavioral health team as a Clinical Supervisor and take charge of leading and mentoring clinicians in Buffalo, New York. You’ll oversee care delivery, provide supervision, and ensure best practices are upheld to achieve strong client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical supervision and support for licensed and pre-licensed staff.
• Monitor case documentation, treatment goals, and progress reports.
• Conduct staff meetings and training to ensure quality standards.
• Review compliance with state and agency requirements.
• Partner with directors to implement program improvements.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active NY license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD).
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with supervisory background.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
