Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join a growing behavioral health organization in San Antonio, Texas as a Clinical Supervisor. You’ll oversee a team of therapists, ensuring quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and professional development for clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and coaching to licensed and pre-licensed therapists.
• Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and compliance.
• Conduct staff evaluations and performance feedback.
• Lead training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain operational efficiency.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year in supervision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
