Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to provide structure, mentorship, and oversight for a talented clinical team. Your leadership will ensure clients receive exceptional care while staff thrive in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise therapists and interns, reviewing treatment plans and client progress.
• Lead supervision meetings and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support clinicians with case management and ethical guidance.
• Participate in hiring, training, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Texas state standards and internal procedures.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year in supervision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
