Position Overview:

As a Client Engagement Manager within our Professional Services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our software implementations through strong executive alignment and strategic relationship management. Acting as the primary liaison between our organization and customer senior leadership, you will help drive clarity, trust, and shared accountability for business outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with our implementation teams to ensure delivery aligns with customer goals, that projects remain on track, and that measurable value is realized from our solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building executive relationships, navigating complex organizations, and translating business strategies into actionable technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the executive-level relationship lead for assigned implementation projects, ensuring strong alignment between customer leadership and internal teams.

·       Facilitate strategic discussions to connect the implementation scope and roadmap with the customer’s business priorities and success metrics.

·       Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects to anticipate risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders.

·       Drive value realization by defining, tracking, and communicating the business outcomes achieved through the software implementation.

·       Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape best practices, delivery improvements, and product feedback loops.

·       Support account expansion by identifying opportunities for continued partnership and growth post-implementation.

·       Contribute to executive-level governance, reporting, and steering committees as part of key customer engagements.

·       Maintain an active presence with clients through regular onsite visits — meeting with executives, project sponsors, and end users to reinforce relationships and ensure implementation success.

Qualifications:

·       10+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, Customer Success, or Client Engagement roles, with a track record of managing enterprise-level relationships.

·       Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives and working with senior client stakeholders to drive alignment and success in complex software implementations.

·       Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, change management, and business process transformation.

·       Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

·       Demonstrated leadership, influence, and executive presence.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to connect business goals to technology outcomes.

·       Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.

·       Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or related risk/compliance SaaS solutions preferred.

·       PMP or similar project management certification a plus.

·       Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ for onsite client meetings, executive workshops, and project alignment sessions.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Soft Skills: (Optional)
