We are inviting graduates to register their interest for upcoming Analyst opportunities across several London-based teams.

As a Graduate Analyst at LMAX Group, you will gain exposure to the fast-paced world of institutional trading, market operations, and financial technology. This is a broad entry point designed for graduates interested in building a career in markets, data, operations, product development, client services, or related areas.

You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and develop strong analytical, technical, and commercial skills. We would ideally like the successful candidate to start in Jan 2026.

Potential Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day analysis related to market activity, operational performance, product behaviour, or client engagement.
  • Monitor key business metrics and help identify trends, anomalies, or process improvements.
  • Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving technology, operations, risk, or product teams.
  • Contribute to process documentation, workflow optimisation, and data quality initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of LMAX Group’s platforms, clients, and market microstructure.
  • Provide support in testing new features, tools, or system enhancements.
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related analytical discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in financial markets, technology, or fintech.
  • Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
