Do you want to play a key role in a fast-paced investment environment — supporting 2–3 Partners with calendar management, travel, logistics, and high-intensity execution periods, while helping to build structure in a function that is still developing — and ultimately contribute to improving planetary health and climate outcomes through successful investments?
Planetary Health is looking for an Executive Assistant who combines strong traditional EA capabilities with high execution power on different operational tasks, values independence, and has an interest in using AI and tech to work smarter. The role involves periods with high pressure and many moving parts, especially during transactions, and you will be one of the persons who keeps things running smoothly.
You will be part of the Planetary Health department, work closely with 2-3 Partners, and unite with the Planetary EA team, working closely with our Lead EA (supporting the Managing Partner) and our EA based in the US, as well as being an active member of Novo Holdings’ broader EA network.
Your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality support to 2–3 Partners and take ownership of tasks that currently fall between functions. The role requires strong prioritisation skills, energy, and the ability to drive progress without close direction.
Your responsibilities
You are motivated by the EA role – and equally driven by making things happen, bringing structure, and working effectively with technology. You thrive in a high-energy environment with limited formal process.
