Licensed Professional Counselor

Location: Chandler, AZ
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Deliver structured telehealth therapy to clients throughout Arizona. This role is designed for clinicians who value consistent weekday hours and well-defined clinical expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth intakes and ongoing therapy sessions
• Document diagnoses, treatment goals, and progress notes
• Maintain and revise treatment plans as needed
• Communicate care needs through appropriate channels
• Attend virtual clinical meetings and trainings

• Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with EMR and telehealth platforms
