Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Arizona

Summary:
We are looking for a licensed mental health therapist to provide virtual therapy services to adult clients across Arizona. The role centers on clinical assessment, structured treatment planning, and consistent follow-up care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
• Complete clinical assessments and documentation
• Develop treatment goals and care plans
• Track client progress over time
• Follow Arizona licensing and practice guidelines

• Active Arizona LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
• Familiarity with EHR systems
