🎯 The Role: Player-Coach Leader

We’re hiring a Delivery Manager who leads from the front.

This is not a sit-back management role. You will run your own recruiting desk while leading and driving performance for a team of 10 recruiters.

Production and leadership go hand in hand here.

🔥 What You’ll Do

📈 Personal Production

  • Run a full 360 engineering recruiting desk
  • Generate consistent placements and revenue
  • Meet candidates and clients in person
  • Control searches from intake to close

👥 Team Leadership

  • Set weekly activity and production standards
  • Coach sourcing, candidate control, and closing
  • Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Increase fill ratios and speed-to-submit

  • Improve delivery execution and workflow
  • Elevate team performance and accountability
  • Protect and reinforce our high-touch brand
