3–4 days on the road (customer sites); Other days in-office.

Field Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Perform on-site cycle counts, receive incoming materials, and manage "put-away" tasks at customer facilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean, stock, and perform routine maintenance on industrial vending machines and storage cabinets.
  • Deliveries: Handle local product deliveries to automotive plants and industrial partners.
  • Implementations: Lead the physical setup and stocking of vending solutions for new customer launches.

Office Responsibilities

  • Quotes & Orders: Generate customer quotes and manage high-volume order entry.
  • Account Support: Act as the primary point of contact for order status, tracking, and general inquiries.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems or order entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
