Physical Therapist

Location: Seattle, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team serving patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and mobility-related needs. The Physical Therapist in this role will assess movement issues, provide hands-on care, and guide patients through treatment plans designed to restore function and improve day-to-day performance. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to give each patient your full attention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition, mobility, strength, and pain levels
• Build treatment plans that support short- and long-term goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual interventions
• Reassess progress and modify care based on response to treatment
• Instruct patients on proper movement and injury prevention
• Keep clear and complete treatment records
• Work with clinic staff to support smooth patient care delivery

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
