In this position, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams to align financial goals with our business vision, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management, empowering teams with meaningful insights and driving informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures that maximize efficiency and internal control.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with company strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with solid financial insights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the luxury hospitality or international retail sectors.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and tax laws.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across all levels.
