Canning Medical Clinic is a welcoming family medicine practice seeking a full scope family physician to join their family practice network team and offering an excellent opportunity within a supportive community setting. The clinic features two fully equipped exam rooms and operates as an NSH turnkey practice, providing a physician with a streamlined transition and reduced administrative burden. The practice is supported by a dedicated Family Practice Nurse (80%) who assists with patient care and chronic disease management, helping to foster a collaborative team environment. The clinic uses a shared MedAccess EMR, allowing for efficient workflow, documentation, and continuity of patient care.
