Job Description

Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at the luxurious Constance Lemuria in Seychelles, where you'll play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As the face of our resort, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out, embodying the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand.

  • Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Offer comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Seychelles
  • Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Process payments and manage reservations using hotel management software
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Update guest profiles and logs for future reference and service personalization
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
  • Escort VIP guests when necessary and ensure all preferences are noted and met
  • Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide concierge-level assistance

Qualifications

  • NC3 in Front Office or relevant qualification in Hospitality or Customer Service
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Guest Services Agent or in a similar guest-facing role
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Chinse language is an advantage
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Seychelles attractions and culture is a plus
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
