Job Description
Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at the luxurious Constance Lemuria in Seychelles, where you'll play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As the face of our resort, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out, embodying the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand.
- Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Offer comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Seychelles
- Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage reservations using hotel management software
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Update guest profiles and logs for future reference and service personalization
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Escort VIP guests when necessary and ensure all preferences are noted and met
- Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide concierge-level assistance
Qualifications
- NC3 in Front Office or relevant qualification in Hospitality or Customer Service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Guest Services Agent or in a similar guest-facing role
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Mandarin Chinse language is an advantage
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Knowledge of Seychelles attractions and culture is a plus
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
