Job Description

A Personal Driver is responsible for safely transporting the employer, family members, or guests to various destinations while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and vehicle readiness. The role may also include basic errands, vehicle maintenance coordination, and schedule support.

• Safely drive employer/family to appointments, meetings, airport transfers, events, and other destinations
• Plan efficient travel routes and monitor traffic conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and regular upkeep of assigned vehicle(s)
• Schedule vehicle servicing, fueling, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, or personal items
• Run personal or business errands as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel, and maintenance records
• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings/weekends if required

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Proven experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver
• Good knowledge of local roads and navigation apps
