Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a polished and highly organized Communications Specialist to join our San Antonio team.

In this role, you will help support the development and execution of communication initiatives across client projects, campaigns, internal teams, and business activities. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, professional, and aligned with each project's goals.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, think creatively, stay organized, and confidently interact with different teams and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, professional, and engaging written communications.
• Support communication strategies for client campaigns and company initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging and brand standards.
• Assist with presentations, campaign materials, announcements, and client-facing communications.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review materials for clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
• Help coordinate projects, meetings, events, and communication-related activities.
• Maintain organized records of projects, communications, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and overall client experience.
• Collaborate with team members on creative concepts and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
