You'll also...

  • Supervise multiple business units including the Supervisory team and Sales Associates
  • Drive revenue, monitor sales patterns and trends to maximize operating profits
  • Reorder products to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
  • Perform inventory management duties as assigned
  • Maintain appropriate supply of inventory
  • Enforce all Park and Department policies and procedures
  • Participate in hiring, recruiting and training as assigned
  • Control cost of sales, labour expenses, and supplies expenses
  • Adhere to the Park’s health and safety standards and exceed the Park’s cleanliness standards
  • Maintain prize display/presentation of game locations and stock levels of games areas and locations
  • Manage cash handling operations
  • Address and rectify guest complaints and concerns
  • Provide ongoing motivation, support and feedback to all associates
  • Complete and issue schedules, interim and final performance appraisals for supervisory associates
  • May be required to oversee special projects as assigned
  • Assist in succession planning and building bench strength
  • Assist with Sales Associate and Supervisory duties as required
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • You!
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Summer operation.
  • We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts.
    • **Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.
  • This is a seasonal position, and we’re looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 3 months through the end of the year. 
  • People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
