Steel Yard Crane & Material Handler
Location: Richmond, VA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: Starts at $22.00/Hour and may be higher depending on experience, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential.
Position Summary
Seeking a reliable Steel Yard Crane & Material Handler to support shop and yard operations. This position involves moving structural steel, handling trailers, and operating material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Move trailers within the yard.
- Operate Pettibones to transport steel.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Use overhead cranes to handle structural steel.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Maintain dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
