What you will do

  • Translate processes, procedures, etc. into interesting and effective training programs for internal and external clients.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes and ability to lead live and on demand training sessions.
  • Communicate important messages clearly and effectively by translating processes and procedures into effective training for internal and external clients on a variety of topics and solutions in Employer Services Solutions Delivery.
  • Create in an environment that requires you to deal with multiple issues concurrently and change plans without a great deal of notice.
  • Generate ideas and training materials to enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Master instructional design principles, applications, and technologies through creative research and thought leadership.
  • Proficiency at designing effective and captivating training to other trainers, internal employees, and clients both in person and via webinar or on-demand materials.
  • Participate in meetings with potential new projects and sit right next to the people doing work to create the new training materials that will be used to train both new and existing associates.
  • Use all available software, technology and tools to create training materials as interactive as possible.
  • Evaluate that all existing and new training material is effective in the learning process.
  • Provide feedback on current materials or techniques used in order to improve them and deliver a better product.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials in an interactive manner with the goal of ensuring that each participant leaves with a firm grasp of the subject.

What experience you need

  •  Bachelor’s in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing, Design or a related field or equivalent experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client facing role whether providing service, training, or technical support.

  • 1- 2 years experience with product training groups. 

    1-2 years experience creating and driving process and workflow changes. 

  • 1-2 years experience using Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, Descript, Walnut and Adobe.
