As a Technical Solutions Team Member, you will be a key part of the technical solutions team, responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of interface development projects within a large-scale Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR implementation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with integration partners and internal teams to support the design, development, testing and cutover of interfaces that connect the EHR with critical legacy and third-party applications. This is a hands-on journeyman-level role focused on tactical execution and coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of integration projects. You will be responsible for reviewing technical specifications, managing project documentations, tracking action items and creating reports to show progress.

As the Technical Solutions Team Member, you will:

  • Coordinate and support various project meetings, including creating agendas, capturing detailed meetings minutes, and tracking action items to completion

  • Serve as the liaison between development teams, end-users and legacy system owners to assess risks, clarify goals and ensure needs are addressed

  • Support interface design, development testing and cutover planning from a technical coordination perspective

  • Review and provide comments on technical artifacts, such as Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to ensure clarity and completeness

  • Engage with legacy system owner to gather technical requirements and facilitate design discussions

  • Gather, collect and maintain all project-related data and documentation on a central repository

  • Ensure all interface specifications, meeting notes and status reports are organized and accessible to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical analysis, project coordination or interface support role

  • Expertise of the Oracle Health platform and its architecture is required

  • Strong knowledge of the interface development lifecycle and familiarity with HL& standards with excellent organizational and project coordination skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments

  • Experience with documentation and structured reporting as well as familiarity with productivity and tracking tools

  • Experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS) a plus

  • Must be a United States Citizen

  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

  • Willingness to travel to client sites 25% of the time and perform remote work as needed
