Job Purpose
Lead and develop a sales team to accelerate Premium ON business growth in Shanghai through strategic wholesaler management, best-in-class outlet execution, and consumer market cultivation – making Shanghai the national showcase for brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver & Exceed Sales Targets
o Partner with the KA (National Key Account) team to identify, develop, and manage key accounts
2. Drive Category Growth & Brand Building
· Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to co-develop and supervise execution of impactful brand activities, promotional campaigns, and consumer engagement programs, ensuring seamless rollout of priority projects across Premium ON channels
