Job Description Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the job:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with moving, organizing and storage of all props, costumes and supplies.
Catalog all of the props and costumes to create a master list of current items.
Maintain the general upkeep of props and costumes.
Oversee checkout and return of props and costumes.
Perform clerical duties as directed typing, copying, filing, labeling, errands, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be enrolled as a student of Ringling College of Art and Design
Must be dependable, able work as scheduled, and work with general supervision.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff, faculty and other students in a courteous and professional manner.
Must complete office/classroom/departmental tasks as assigned in a timely manner.
Education and Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be a Film student and in good Academic standing
