  • Apply design updates and learn key memory architecture concepts (bitcells, wordlines, bitlines, peripherals).

  • Support design and simulation of analog/mixed‑signal blocks using various analyses (DC, AC, transient, Monte Carlo).

  • Evaluate simulation results and build understanding of matching, noise, and variability.

  • Assist with pre‑ and post‑layout simulations and basic DRC/LVS understanding.

  • Work with layout engineers on matching, symmetry, spacing, and assess layout impact on circuit performance.

  • Support integration of memory macros into SoCs and participate in silicon bring‑up and debug.

  • Analyze test data (margins, retention, functionality) and learn memory test/redundancy concepts.

  • Maintain clear documentation, design notes, and simulation reports.

  • Participate in reviews and collaborate with designers, verification, layout, and test teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with SRAM concepts (read/write operations, basic margins) and OTP or NVM principles (program/read concepts)

  • Knowledge of schematic capture and circuit simulation tools (e.g., Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE).

  • Basic knowledge of CMOS devices and semiconductor processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University projects or internships involving Memory circuits and/or analog or mixed‑signal IC design.

  • Basic scripting skills (Python, Perl, TCL, or shell) for simulation or data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Linux‑based EDA environments.

  • Interest in reliability, yield, or silicon debug.
