As a Formulation Development Scientist, you will design and optimize cutting-edge formulations for colorants, dispersions, and inks that meet the highest standards of performance, stability, and sustainability. You will work at the intersection of research, application, and production—driving innovation and shaping the future of our technology pipeline.

What you’ll do:

·        Develop and optimize formulations tailored to customer and market needs

·        Conduct lab experiments and validate performance through testing

·        Work closely with QC, regulatory, and application teams

·        Support innovation initiatives and contribute to new technologies

·        Ensure safety and compliance in every step

What you bring:

·        Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

·        5+ years’ experience in coatings or inks formulation

·        Strong technical knowledge of pigments, additives, and formulation strategies

·        Hands-on experience with lab testing, stability analysis, and performance validation

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

·        Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency; Dutch is an advantage
