About the Role
As a Site Support team member at Z Modular, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our modular construction sites running smoothly. From assisting crews with materials and equipment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, you’ll provide the support that allows our construction teams to stay focused on building high-quality modular units. This role is ideal for someone dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to grow their career in construction.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver, stage, and organize tools, supplies, and building materials for construction crews

• Assist with site setup and cleanup, ensuring a safe and efficient work area

• Perform general labor tasks such as moving materials, loading/unloading, and light assembly

• Support site leadership with day-to-day operational needs

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe job site

Who You Are

• Previous construction, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills on the job

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Comfortable operating hand and power tools under supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license required
