What You'll Be Doing

• Lead sales efforts by cultivating strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with plant operations to ensure product availability and delivery efficiency.

• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

• Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.

• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to promote our brand and services.

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

• Capacity to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with construction materials and industry practices is a plus.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
