What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Operate mobile and plant equipment as needed to support production
• Assist with plant clean-up, material handling, and general labor tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in coordination with maintenance teams
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations
• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Physical capability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $24.09 to $24.81 per hour
