We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to provide direct support to the Founder of AAG and the Chairman of the Millner Foundation. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an accomplished executive across both corporate and philanthropic initiatives. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights, financial modeling, and board-level communication.

About the ROLE

Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as a Financial Analyst you will:

Financial & Strategic Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial research and analysis to support the Founder’s investment decisions and corporate strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, investment portfolios, and business performance.
  • Provide due diligence and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and partnerships.

Board & Executive Communication:

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for Board of Directors meetings.
  • Assist in the creation of executive summaries and strategic planning documents for both business and philanthropic initiatives.

Foundation Support & Community Research:

  • Conduct research on nonprofits, community organizations, and social impact initiatives to inform grant-making strategy.
  • Analyze funding opportunities and prepare recommendations aligned with the mission of the Millner Foundation.
  • Track and report on the impact of philanthropic investments.

About YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level materials.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
  • Passion for both business strategy and social impact initiatives.
