What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Optimize plant performance through effective scheduling, process control, and equipment utilization
  • Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
  • Develop, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performing workforce

Work Environment

  • Role based at a hot mix asphalt production facility with regular exposure to outdoor conditions
  • Requires interaction with plant equipment, materials, and operational teams
  • Fast-paced setting with seasonal production demands and variable hours
  • Frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting as part of daily responsibilities

  • Competitive base salary, $97,710 to $130,277, and participation in our annual incentive plan
