As an Agent Contracting Administration Representative, you’ll be working closely with the Agent Contracting Advisor and Supervisor to process appointment terminations accurately and efficiently for our field force, manage payments and reconcile State and Vendor bills and keep agent information current. Contribute to the effectiveness of the department by handling ancillary processes and tasks related to Agent Contracting.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Agent Contracting Administration Representative, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Handles agent appointments, terminations, and debt terminations as requested by leadership or other departments.
  • Pays and reconciles vendor and state appointment invoices, and monitors/balances Agent Suspense Accounts.
  • Updates information in LFCM based on agent and IMO requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assists with agent contracting-related production and evaluates processes to identify and suggest improvements.
  • Understands departmental objectives and ensures ancillary tasks contribute to overall team success.

  • Has strong MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Understands company products or learns them rapidly; adapts well to procedural and organizational changes.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; works independently and as an effective team player; receptive to direction.
  • Maintains well-organized work, prioritizes effectively, and demonstrates solid research and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; maintains a friendly, positive, and learning-oriented mindset.
  • Has High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two years of administrative and or customer service experience (preferred).
