We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Desk and Support to support our IT support team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, ensuring prompt and effective support for our internal and external clients, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and support processes.

Main responsibilities

• Service Desk Operations: Ensure efficient daily operations, resolve IT issues promptly, manage local IT assets, and support office/factory environments while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• User Support: Promote a user-centric approach, ensure high satisfaction, and continuously improve service delivery.
• Incident Management: Prioritize and resolve incidents, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with other IT teams for escalations.
• Continuous Improvement & Security: Enforce cybersecurity policies, optimize tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in IT support or service desk roles within an international environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong technical knowledge of PCs, software, networks, and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• ITIL certification.
