Summary
This position is responsible for campus-wide Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) prevention and education programming, including but not limited to orientation programming, handling of medical transports, contributing to threat assessments and making on- and off-campus referrals for higher levels of care, as needed. The position reports to the Director of Health Promotion and is responsible for growing Spiders Support Recovery – the Collegiate Recovery Program at the University of Richmond – eventually working toward program accreditation as those standards are finalized with the Association of Recovery in Higher Education. The Coordinator is also responsible for campus-wide Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) prevention and education programming, including but not limited to orientation programming, handling of medical transports, contributing to threat assessments and making on- and off-campus referrals for higher levels of care, as needed.
Scheduled hours: Limited-term position; term ends May 31, 2026; 35 hours per week; partial benefits (prorated leave)
Hourly Grade 5: $19.72 to $30.00
