Where You Make An Impact 

  • Maintenance of G/L master data

  • Process transactions in IFRS and Local GAAP (G/L, Inventory Postings, FA, Period End Closing Postings) in interaction with local Accounting teams across Europe

  • Perform general ledger and I/C reconciliations on a monthly basis and resolve mismatches

  • Fixed asset management

  • Obtain input for financial reporting and prepare statutory reporting data

  • Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities and support implementation process

  • Participate in special projects and activities as assigned by direct line manager

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit

  • Fluent English and strong German language knowledge

  • Other European languages skills are welcome

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)

  • Experience in different ERP systems, D365 FO skills of advantage

  • Team player, highly motivated, flexible

  • Ability to work with other Cultures

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience in transitioning accounting activities into an SSC (creation of desktop procedures, work shadowing, etc.) beneficial
