JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The College for Kids Supply Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of course materials. This role plays a critical part in maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting smooth operational workflows.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and suppliers in inventory management systems.
• Work closely with coordinators and instructors to align supply needs.
• Perform regular inventory audits and support physical inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist with forecasting supply needs based on historical data and business trends.
• Resolve supply chain issues as they arise, including delivery delays and quality concerns.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management on supply status and key metrics.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• This position requires delivering them to multiple locations including Gretna, Blair and Fremont, reliable transportation is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
