What we’re looking for:

ROLE:

  • Customer Inquiries

    Prepare technical documentation by collecting and validating product data from internal company systems, reviewing regulatory reference lists, and analyzing supplier raw material information to determine accurate product attributes and compliance status.

    Maintain oversight and management of incoming requests, ensuring they are processed and completed within internally established timelines or according to specific customer needs.

    Maintain complete and accurate records of all issued documents, including editable files and final PDF versions, and register each request in internal tracking toll to ensure full traceability and document control compliance.

    Communicate with multiple internal departments to obtain the information required for completing customer‑requested documents, while fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration across the organization.

    Ensure customers received precise, uptodate technical documents by maintaining change control practices and continuously monitoring updates from primary data sources.

  • Quality Assurance

    Timely review and coordination of customer-specific quality and regulatory requirements.

    Effective support and follow-up of nonconformities, deviations, complaints, and CAPA actions.

    On-time maintenance and control of quality documentation and change management records.

  • Active participation in audits and timely support in closure of related findings.

    Timely completion of quality risk assessments related to product, process, tolling, and intercompany changes.

AUTHORITIES:

  • Customer Inquiries

    Validate and approve the accuracy of technical product data included in customerrequested documents, based on primary data sources and regulatory references.

    Request information, clarifications, and supporting data from internal departments (such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Sustainability, EHS, Legal and Supply Chain) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of technical documentation.

    Determine the appropriate document type, template, and technical content needed to fulfill each customer request according to internal procedures and customer requirements.

    Manage request priorities and timelines to ensure ontime delivery, escalating issues when key information or approvals may impact deadlines.

    Maintain, update, and organize document records and internal tracking tolls to ensure compliance with document control, traceability, and audit requirements.

    Propose improvements to workflows, templates, or data sources to increase efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

Academic Training (for job performance)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Biology, or related field (required).

Training (Courses / Specific Knowledge / Languages required to perform the job)

  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) applicable to documentation and product stewardship activities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of chemistry and its application to product composition and regulatory evaluation.

Work Experience (for performing the role)

  • 0–2 years in Regulatory Affairs/Product Stewardship.
  • 0-2 years in Quality Assurance
