Position: Traveling Relief Cook

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm

Starting Salary: $24-26/hr

Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit

This role requires travel as from as far as Johnston, RI to Wakefield, MA

Job Description Summary:

This position reports to the Chef Manager and Director of Operations and is responsible for preparing all types, including but not limited to, grilled foods, cold salads, sandwiches. Responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and/or catering meals. Assists the Chef Manager with daily tasks and preparation of meals. This position will work the grill or any other station assigned and assist the Chef with catering orders and other food prep work as needed. Throughout the entirety of the portfolio. This position may be asked to travel as far north as Wakefield, MA and as far south as Johnston, RI.

Grill Cook Responsibilities:

• Cook (to order) breakfast and lunch items per customer request

• Responsible for preparation of assigned station according to company guidelines

• Stock station with all items necessary for service

• Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner

• Assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed

• Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers

• In addition, the Cook operates and sanitizes all Customer Service equipment in a safe and proper manner

• The Cook works with and takes direction from the Chef Manager

Grill Cook Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 - 3 years' experience in similar position

• Previous customer service experience in food service

• Dependable
