Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the procurement process by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
- Reconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Assist in processing any accounting requests, ensuring alignment with financial policies
- Handle vendor onboarding requests, including verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the system
- Work on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, thrives in ambiguous situations, and proactively identifies process improvements while presenting actionable solutions
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
